Kask Pty Ltd operates under a Victorian Direct Sales Liquor Licence No. 32063143 and has sole ownership of this website selling alcoholic beverage products for consumer consumption, as well as other displayed products.

It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18 in Australia. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the recipient of any alcohol products is also at least 18 years old. Proof of age may be required at the time of purchase or delivery. Alcohol cannot be sold or supplied to intoxicated persons.

Orders must be placed via the website, and payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery charges are calculated based on quantity & weight and will be included in the total purchase cost prior to payment. If a product appears at the wrong price or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order. Payment authorisation issues or revocation may result in cancellation.

We dispatch goods from our Laverton North warehouse Monday to Friday during business hours Alcohol deliveries within Australia are conducted in compliance with Victorian laws. Delivery charges vary based on location and parcel weight. Our delivery provider is Australia Post, or Sendle in some circumstances.

Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch but not after the order has shipped.

Alcohol products can only be sold to customers who are at least 18 years of age and specify an Australian delivery address. If purchasing alcohol as a gift, the recipient must also be over 18. Delivery drivers may request ID to verify the recipient’s age. Failure to provide acceptable proof of age may result in non-delivery and additional charges.

Promotional offers may be terminated without notice. Vouchers can only be redeemed once and cannot be combined with other offers. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-replaceable if lost.

All products are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a refund.
