Cantaloupe Ginger

YOU’LL NEED:
50ml Begin Gin
30ml Monin kiwi puree
30ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
20ml egg whites
Orange bitters

PUT IT TOGETHER:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Fine strain
into a martini glass and serve. Garnish with kiwi fruit if desired.
